I was just thinking yesterday that, though I’ve received wrong number voice calls on my cell before, I have never received a wrong number SMS.
Today, of course, it happened. Usually I wouldn’t play it out like this, but I was felling impish after delivering my route plus 1/2 of someone else’s.
Mystery Caller (MC): Ewww! I saw A**** H****k at the california tortilla he kept looking at me he’s so weird.
Me (Me): Hmmm… wrong number perhaps?
MC: Isn’t this A****y L*******t?
Me: Nope.
MC: Who is this
Me: Who r u?
MC: I asked u first
Me: Yes, u did
MC: So who r u
Me: No one u kno, apparently
MC: Okay then I guess I don’t know u either
Now, wouldn’t it be funny if it turned out that we did know each other? MC, if you’re out there and you’re reading this, well, now u kno who it was.
