am i sick, or tired?

Or, heaven forfend, both?

In January I caught something that raked me over the coals for about a week. I still worked a full week even though I felt like crap during most of it. Today I woke up feeling a little off. It got progressively worse as the day wore on.

I can’t decide if I’m sick, or simply tired. I don’t have any other symptoms but this general run down feeling, and a headache as well. Sleep has been in short supply this week. I don’t think I’ve spent more than seven hours in bed once in the last ten days. Too much to do! When I was in college, I could get by on three to four hours of sleep for days at a time. Later on, I was good with about seven. Now it’s eight or I’m next to useless. So maybe the past week or so just caught up to me.

After work today I slept for almost two hours. I feel better but not much.
