Saturday & Sundays are typically pancake brunches at the 2Dolphins Resort & Spa. We usually have whole wheat pancakes with bacon (and sometimes sausage for me).
But we switched around this morning for the first time in several months, having omelets instead. I was stunned to discover that our toddler digs the eggs!
