How far west are you coming? Let me know if you hit the Oregon border and you’re coming down either 84 or 82. Both of those freeways run through my area. Coffee on me, and not from a kiosk, either. Ha.

Thank you for just posting a sign mentioning that the spawn of all that is not right int he world have been sighted, rather than a picture of said spawn themselves as some people are wont to do.

You’re welcome Beth. I think if I actually saw a snake I would be too busy moving in the opposite direction to take a proper photo.

No idea who Warran Zevon is, if you ware to enlighten me, but good choice on the restaurant. Wendy’s is our favorite quicker-food joint.
…and an exclaimed ‘weird!’ to the espresso machine. In the Mississippi rest areas, they were very hospitable, giving free soft drinks–half a dozen Coke products available for the asking!–along with clean bathrooms, friendly service, and historical artifact exhibits. Which reminds me that I need to put some of my photos up from our vacation; I keep putting it off, and that was in May.
If I don’t post any by next week, you’ll remind me, won’t you? Please?
